    • Some items may be taxed under applicable law.

  • What is the parking situation?

    Parking is easy at Marcella at Gateway. There are enough space for residents to park near their building. 


    There are no paid or reserved spaces except for the EV charging spot. You may use that space while charging a vehicle. 


    You and any guests to your home are also free to park in any available lot space that is available.

  • What is the community like?

    Marcella at Gateway is centrally located to the west end, downtown, and south Richmond, VA. 


    The buildings are 3 to 3.5 story and are arranged around resort-style community amenities that make them easy for all residents to access. 


    People are friendly and the office team loves to chat with you while you are out and about.
